I had a new hybrid inverter and 20kWh battery system installed as I had an existing 6kW solar system.

Solar Force’s administration team have been great to deal with and always very responsive. Whilst they are obviously very busy calls are always returned promptly with the required information shared.

The install team likewise did a fantastic job and were great to deal with. I hadn’t realised the amount of work involved in one of these installs and all three of them worked hard all day. The job that they did is very professional and like the top-notch tradesmen they clearly are they left a really tidy worksite once they had finished. I didn’t envy them pulling cables in the roof and could hear how hard that was at times.

Dealing with the sales side was also a pleasure. I am very happy with the equipment, it’s ease of use and performance.

After getting Perth Solar Force to install our initial solar panels, and being very happy with the installation and service. Perth Solar Force have provided exceptional service from from the initial sales enquiry to the installation and follow-up visits. Whilst I had a leak via a cracked tile following installation, all follow-up has been immediate and followed through until the leak was resolved. All of the staff who visited my premises were courteous and professional and were a pleasure to do business with.

Perth Solar Force were excellent to deal with. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but their service was great – from Robert who visited us to discuss possible solutions (and later responded to my questions) to Jack and Tung and their teams for the installation and commissioning and to Karen in the office.
All were responsive and helpful.

I have just had Sam and his team of Kade, Saj and Connor leave my home after completing a very big job. The job involved re-wiring the existing solar panels (that were installed by another company) and installing a new inverter and battery. The job was not without issue but the team exhibited a real ‘can do’ attitude. They got to work, each completing his assigned task efficiently and the whole process was completed in quick time and was made to look easy.
Dealing with PSF has been a stress-free experience. Phoning them resulted in a recording, stating that the business was extremely busy but inviting callers to leave their details so that PSF Staff could call back. I’ve heard this message many times from other businesses and it usually results in no call back. Not so with PSF. The Office Staff was as good as their word and definitely rang back promptly.
I’m very happy to have dealt with PSF and would recommend them unreservedly. Sam’s comment to me summed up the sentiment of the Company – ‘We’d rather do it right the first time so we don’t have to come back’. All the same, I’m confident that if I do have to make contact with PSF again, the service will be every bit as good as it has been.

They provided me with great advice during the planning phase and helping to talk me out of some marketing hype thus saving me money.
The install team not only very skilled they also took the time to again talk me through the install and some decisions needed on placement and the like helping to balance ease of operation and aesthetics.
Hand over was a breeze helping with installing the apps needed and going through a series of tests to ensure the system worked as smoothly as it should.

I’ve just had a GoodWe solar system put in by Perth Solar Force and I’ve been very impressed with them throughout the whole process.

Pre‑sales: Glen Smyth was fantastic throughout the quoting process. With new state and federal rebates rolling out, the whole industry felt a bit chaotic—details kept changing and even some suppliers didn’t have the full picture. Glen stayed on top of it all, breaking down what incentives applied to my setup and how the timelines worked. On top of that, he fielded my mountain of “what‑if” scenarios and happily tweaked the proposal so I could compare options side‑by‑side. I never felt rushed, and nothing was too much trouble.

Installation: The crew turned up on time, were friendly and professional, and talked me through placement options for the inverter, battery and cabling. They made sure I understood exactly what was going where and why. Bonus points for removing an old antenna and replacing a couple of cracked roof tiles that weren’t even near the array—completely unprompted.

Finish: The workmanship is spot‑on. Conduit runs are straight, labels are clear and everything looks neat and intentional rather than “good enough.”

All up, Perth Solar Force delivered a combination of expert advice, courteous installers and meticulous quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Big thanks to Ben Merton—he was super helpful with advice leading up to our install, especially around the WA and federal rebates. Made the whole process much easier to understand.

There were a couple of small admin hiccups, but honestly, with the huge rush after July 1st, it’s totally understandable. They were clearly flat out but still managed to keep things moving.

Thanks to Josh and his crew for a clean and professional install—really happy with how it all came together. Also appreciate the help from the tech side—great advice and quick responses to my questions.
